So Many Gifts, So Little Time

Catching up a bit after largely being off SL this week.

This first outfit features two items you may have seen, if you're a follower of the fashion feeds: the cute sweater from Fishy Strawberry and the latest Group Gift leggings from Coco. There was another set of leggings last week, and that can be found inside the shop, next to the group joiner. This set, however, is for Halloween. It comes with a matching pair, with skulls on them & you can find it out in the courtyard.

If it's a new month, there's a new Group Gift from Baiastice! SL has a nasty habit of devouring all the gifts groups send out. So, if you missed this one, like I did, you can still find it in notices. Another generous gift comes from Rockberry, which recently hit the 6000 group member mark. To celebrate, a full set of Eva skins - in all tones, plus freckles, plus glow, plus freckle glow - is available for free at the mainstore.

Ivalde has restocked the Lucky Chair & there are lots of pretty dresses to win. The stalker crowd has been pretty consistent, so it won't take you too long to get lucky. This skin comes from yet another staggeringly generous Group Gift. Cupcakes dropped this sample of their latest skin line, Daydream, in all seven skin tones, plus freckles, on the group this week. You can find this, as well as a brand new Elf skin tone, in group notices.

Hurray for Norway!

And hurray for us! Norway just won the Euorvision song contest & today also happens to be Norway's Independence day. And ya' know what else is ruling about Norway? Happens to be the home of the awesome designer Neferia Abel. To celebrate all the celebrating in Norway, Neferia has generously set out this awesome dress for FREE at her L'Abel shop. You can find it sitting in a bag at the end of the runway. So gorgeous. Love the foofy feather shoulders!

Ivalde Brings the Pretty

If you haven't cruised the Ivalde Lucky Chair lately, you might have missed the fact that Neferia has restocked it with 4 gorgeous dresses that you won't find anywhere else. These dresses are exclusive to the Lucky Chair & will never be sold in the store. So, stalking is mandatory! After several worthy hours of calling letters, I managed to snag 3 of them - woohooo! :D

And, ladies, they are gorgeous! Ugh - the textures are so sumptuous, I just wanna lick my screen. The chair is set to 10 minutes, so fire up your stalker groups & gather a mob. You need these!

Designer Neferia Abel of Ivalde has been expanding her recently revamped sim. This time she's added a Discount Store. What used to be a small section of her old store, and then a room unto itself, is now a full storefront! So much stuff has been discounted. And I didn't spot a single item over $100L. There's even a bunch for only $1L! So much great, high-quality work, for crazy cheap! You gotta stop by and check it out!

I Know You Want the (Tropical) Goodies

Today's post is brought to you by the letter T for tropical.

OK. First off, even though the Ivalde store is temporarily closed, the group sent out this cute green tropical dress! It's a system skirt, so if you have a big old booty, think about making a skirt shape! the gloves are part os the Silent Sparrow gift from the Magic of Oz hunt.

Next, camp for 40 minutes at Fab Pony to receive this brightly colored tie-dye dress. There is a skirt sit option when you click the skirt to enable you to sit near the cabana boy without your legs poking through it. The only bad thing about it is that the skirt is not mod, so you can't tint it to better match the top.

Finally, Subtle Submission sent out a blazing yellow gift to the subscribo members for those bound for the kinky beach. This vinyl undies/pasties set also comes with the fishnet stockings. There is also a mini dress in the gift but it looked bad on my broad shoulders haha. Go get it and try it for yourself!
