Have you tried the PLOD roulette wheel? 20L can get you any number of funny toys to play with, furniture to decorate with and lots of other stuff.
I think this is my most favorite thing I've gotten so far, my favorite Pru gave it to me after she won one on the roulette wheel. There are three different ones with all manner of things, including a posable moon in the clouds, that have some of the cutest sit poses imaginable!
