You can find this dress, along with a bunch of other discounted items outside her shop, as part of the Albero Festival. Grab this dress while you can. After the festival ends, the dress disappears forever. And, yes, that's one of the Split Pea headbands that Wrenja just showed you in her Skipping Stones Hunt preview post. I couldn't resist snatching them up right away. Been drooling over them since I first spotted them in the Skipping Stones Hunt Flickr Pool. If you've been reading the blog the last few days, you'll have spotted a few of the other feathered headbands from this shop. I'm addicted to them. They're too fabulous for words.
