Callie Cline is offering up her little blue christmas dress this week, and it's got to be my favorite dress that I've ever gotten in her shop. The texture is really elegant and the details in the back are lovely. All in all, a perfect little blue dress. Plus, this edition also comes with sheer thigh high stockings, matching gloves & a little blue Santa hat.

I am so excited for the grand opening of this year's Burning Life festival! I didn't get to do my own plot this year (sadface!), but I am helping a friend with some finishing touches. So, that gave me early access to the sims. And, let me tell you, you are in for a major treat! There are some astoundingly gorgeous builds just waiting for you to ooo and ahh and explore. But since all of the builders are furiously rushing to the deadline, I'm not allowed to give you shots of full builds just yet. Till the sims open to the public this weekend, I can only show you teeny tiny peeks & give the event the hype it so rightly deserves :D

Meanwhile, back in fashionland, it's $50L Friday time! Did you spend as much as I did? It was kinda hard to say no to so many fabulous items. I had been eyeing those leggings in the top picture from So Many Styles for a while. How awesome they went so well with the latest wild hair-do Group Gift from Pididdle. If SL ate yours the way it did mine, rest assured you can still get it from the Subscriber service at the mainstore. The fabulous retro dress above is from none other than the queen of retro in SL - Artilleri. And that killer hair is from the diva of all things ridiculously fabulous, Clawtooth by Clawtooth. Is it wrong that I want to build my wardrobe around that hair, just so I can wear it all the time? (And, yes, the birds chirp when you click them! >.<) The pose is from Long Awkward Pose & it's from the Girls' Fatpack. There's one for guys, as well. I got them both just cause they're all too good to pass up.

And the fireflies are part of a set this week from Reek: you get one jar of twinkling fireflies to show off, and another to keep by your bed as a nightlight. The tree & pumpkin patch set was a gift from Callie Cline to the Fashion Bloggers Group.

The latest Cioccolata/Albero Mall Fair is on, and, if you haven't been yet, you're looking for the gumball machines all around the center, both upstairs & downstairs at Cioccolata. Lots of different shops have filled up each machine with a bundle of fabulously fun prizes. Simply pay each machine its asking price (typically $10-35L) & it randomly delivers you a prize. Yes, you can get doubles. But, since most everything is set to no copy/trans okay, you can trade your extras or pass them on to friends as gifts! The variety & quality are truly excellent. You can find such great stuff for cheap cheap cheap! Just be careful - those machines are addictive! XD

The Panty Raid is a sim-wide hunt. You're looking for teeny little gold clams stuffed with goodies. They are either FREE or $1L & they are everywhere! You've got like 8 or 9 sims to search & at least a hundred little clams to find. No one knows the exact total and some clams are stuffed with piles of panties. And it's not even all just panties, either. You'll find everything from thongs to furniture. There are even unisex & men's items, too. So no one is left out!
