I'm finally caught up enough since coming back to do a little blogging. Timing couldn't be better, what with all the wonderfully generous group gifts and sales!
That fabulous ruffle dress, in the top picture, is the latest group gift from Malt. It's ridiculously cute and comes with options for both more and less ruffles. This is a dress to have some fun in. The outfit in the picture below is the in-store group gift from So Many Styles, to celebrate the grand opening of her new store and the release of her new collection. Both pieces are samples of her new stuff. You have to join the in-world group and activate your tag to get this gift. Well worth it!

There are more than 45 little eggs hidden all around 6 different sims, and some of the best shops in SL are getting in on the gift giving fun! :D When you find an egg, you'll receive a folder in your inventory with a key egg that you wear and a LM to the participating shop. TP to the store, wear the egg and click on a corresponding Easter basket to receive the gifts. It took my slowass an embarrassingly long time to figure that out XD These eggs are pretty well hidden. I could only find about half of them, but omg the gifts are awesome! :O Definitely add this hunt to your to-do list. Start HERE and click on one of the hunt boards to get an info card with LMs to all of the sims.

The Pose Fair starts in T-minus 5 seconds and the much-deserved hype for this event ensures some major lagitude for opening weekend. But the event heralds not just the temporary return of everyone's beloved Penny Dreadful Arcade, but the debut of 2 new shops that just happen to be run by some very fabulous ladies! ;D Estetica is brought to you by the infamous Dork Street army and City of Dis is by none other than our very own Wrenja! :D Omg, I can already hear you screaming to get to the fair. The Sunny Sim is hosting a Halloween Hunt!



(Elate!) Eve Halloween Dress

There are loads of fabulous clothes to get - all FREE! All you have to do is grab a HUD from one of the kiosks around the sim. When you wear it, you'll see a shaded skeleton on your screen. Fill it in by collecting the bones scattered around the mall. Each bone is for a different store. Once you've got all of your bones, just go to each of the participating stores & ring the bell at the front door to get your treat! :D

Springy Malt

Malt sent out a spring gift in their SoM just now, and if you like purple, it's for you!


I personally like the belt, and the capri leggings the most. Also, you can get the leggings in silver for just 50L in the sim-wide hunt that is going on. They are adorable, and the texture is perfect.

Malt & Spork

So, as most of you are aware Malt opened their new sim, and to celebrate are holding a sim-wide hunt of 50L items, 10 of which are from Malt, and 5 of which are from Spork. I was interested to see what goodies they would be offering, but I was out all day as it was my birthday (This is to explain the hat in my first photo.) When I got home, I wandered the sim checking out what goods were about, and well, look on;

First off, you have two FREE opening gifts. One from Malt;

Next, I bring you a few of the hunt items. Obviously, they are 50L a piece, and it's hard to know what something looks at without buying it, and trying it on. Well, I helped you all out by creating a NC of WHAT is in each of the 15 hunt items. If you would like said NC, join The Love/Hate Hivemind and it will be in notices, or floating around elsewhere as I have passed it on. This is so you can decide if you'd like to spend the 50L on the hunt items, by looking at what it is in the stores. That is how I made my mind up and purchased the follow four items, for a sweet deal!

A lot of people were completely turned off by a 50L hunt, because you all expect things to be free. Look at the quality of these items? If you are too stingy to pay 50L for a SET of items that would avarage 150+ individually, then I pity you, frankly. I am so glad I made a NC to help myself and others in this hunt, and I'm even more glad I purchased what I did, that I may go back and get a few of the other items.

And no, I did not purchase any of the 5 Spork items, so sorry I can't show you those. Like I said, the NC I made will aid you in know what everything is before you buy.

Hair - This has to be, my favorite hair now.. hand down. As most of you ought to know by now, the brand Maeva is rebranding to Pacadi, and if you stay a part of their SoM not only will you be kept up to date on the changes, but you will sometimes recieve some gorgeous gifts such as this amazing hair. I haven't taken it off since I recieved it and I just love it. It's made so well, and it's brown! No offense blondies, but you guys get all the free hair, it's our turn now!
