Discord ice Cream Crazy Hair

OK..so this is possibly one of the strangest hairs I have won from a lucky board. I was in my lovely Lucky Chair Stalkers group when I heard the call for an S needed at a board at the store Discord for something called ice cream hair. I'm like WTF is that, better check it out. And...I did. And...I won them. And...I'm extremely confused by the style haha. Is it great? Is it ugly? Is it fun? Is it creepy? I have yet to decide. But decide for yourselves!
