I dunno what PuncutE means, but cute is for sure. PuncutE is a cute little jewelry store on the Uemachi sim. Mostly rings, but there are a couple of necklaces and a realllly cute armband for sale too. They have a coupe of freebie rings. One is free the other is 1L, you should check them out :D When I jumped over to make sure the rings were still available this morning I found a lucky board had recently been installed with a super cute ring I really want. A little chained up heart with a clover drop.

I'm not sure there is anything in the store that is over 75L, so you can accessorize for cheap, and still look amazingly cute, cute like in the store name!
